Location: Bloomington, IL
Duration: 6 months contract with possible extension
Member of client team supporting IP Telephony systems. 6+ years’ experience with administration and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM), Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE), and Unity voice mail.
-Experience with Cisco Desktop, Finesse, Extension Mobility, CUIC, Lync/Jabber.
-Analytical thinking with experience in troubleshooting call quality and routing issues.
-Ability to work with end-users to resolve assigned incident tickets/issues in a timely manner, including participation in on-call rotation to provide after business hours support for priority incidents.
